Made to order
Our clothing is produced especially for your order. Production takes place before shipping, so please allow time for order processing, production, and delivery.
Order processing
Please allow an estimated 3–7 business days for payment processing and order review before your order is released to production. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Production time and carrier transit time are additional. If processing takes longer than this estimate, we will contact you with an update and available cancellation options.
Shipping rates & destinations
Available shipping destinations, delivery options, and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the item, fulfillment location, destination, and shipping method. Carrier shipping estimates exclude order processing and production time unless expressly stated otherwise. Dates are estimates, not guarantees; holidays, carrier disruptions, and customs processing may cause delays.
Tracking your order
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to scan your package and update its tracking.
Address changes & unsuccessful delivery
Please check your delivery address and contact details carefully. Email hello@drvvynshop.com immediately if anything needs correcting. Changes may not be possible once your order ships.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or an unclaimed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply. We will confirm any charges before arranging redelivery.
Missing or damaged orders
If your order is overdue, arrives damaged, or shows as delivered but cannot be located, contact hello@drvvynshop.com with your order number and relevant photos. We’ll investigate and explain the next steps.
Returns and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
